Q: How long does it take for order delivery?
A: We ship orders within 1 business day and same business day if ordered before 2pm EST. Delivery to most U.S. and Canadian locations is 3-4 business days.
Q: Where is my order?
A: We provide a shipping confirmation email with tracking number when we print your label. Please allow 24hrs for tracking scans to begin showing online. You can also create an account on the website to review your order and track it there.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we ship to almost every country in the world and we pay all local duties and taxes for you. If you are outside the U.S., please use the calculator at checkout to get an international shipping rate estimate.
Q: Can I call in to place my order over the phone?
A: We do not accept credit cards over the phone. All of our business is handled securely through the website. If you have questions prior to ordering, please contact us here.
Q: What companies do you ship orders with?
A: We ship with USPS or FedEx depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.
Q: Do you offer faster shipping options?
A: Yes, we offer FedEx 2-Day shipping on U.S. orders if the service is provided to your zip code. Orders after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. Please note: Saturday and Sunday are not transit days for FedEx 2-Day, so a package ordered before 2pm on Thursday will be delivered on Monday.
Q: I received my USPS tracking number, but it says tracking number not found on the website?
A: USPS tracking scans often take up to 24 hours before they begin to show up as valid on the website. Please contact us if you still see no movement beyond that timeframe so we can address it.
Q: I'm a local customer, can I pickup my order directly from you?
A: Unfortunately our warehouse does not have a storefront for customers, however Georgia orders typically deliver next business day with the free shipping option.
Q: Will the fans you sell fit on my vehicle?
A: The fans are universal and only require that you measure your radiator to determine which size will fit. They are not application specific.
Q: Do you have any recommendations when it comes to fans?
A: We recommend the largest size fan(s) that cover the most radiator or oil cooler surface without overhanging.
Q: Will the thermostats you sell fit on my vehicle?
A: The thermostats are also universal and only require that you have an available NPT port in the size you are purchasing. If you are unsure how to measure NPT size thermostats, please see our information page here.
Q: How do I reverse the direction of the fan I purchased?
A: If you purchased a reversible fan, simply flip the blade over and reverse the wiring (black to power, blue to ground).
Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing for large order quantities?
A: Yes, please contact us directly if you are looking to purchase quantities of 10 or more in a single product.
Q: Do the products you sell include installation instructions?
A: All wiring kits include instructions, standalone fans do not, however they are a simple 2 wire setup.
Q: Do I need a relay wiring kit to go with the fans I purchase?
A: You must use a relay, circuit breaker and/or inline fuse to protect your electrical system and the fan motor.
Q: I don't see the product I'm looking for in your store, is it possible you have it?
A: While you're more than welcome to ask or request, generally if you don't see it listed, we do not have it to sell.
Q: Do you manufacture your own products?
A: We are not a manufacturer, we retail partner companies products.
Q: Can I return my order if it has not yet been installed?
A: Yes, uninstalled items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of your original purchase with NO restocking fee.
