A: We ship orders within 24 hours and delivery to most U.S. locations is 3-5 days.

A: We ship with USPS or FedEx depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.


Q: Do you offer faster shipping options?

A: Yes, we now also offer FedEx 2-Day shipping on all domestic orders.


Q: I received my tracking number, but it says tracking number not found?

A: Tracking scans often take up to 24 hours before they begin showing up, please be patient.


Q: I'm a local customer, can I pickup my order directly from you?

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront for customers, however Georgia orders often deliver the next business day!


Q: Will the fans you sell fit on my vehicle?

A: The fans are universal and only require that you measure your radiator to determine which size will fit.


Q: Do you have any recommendations when it comes to fans?

A: We recommend the largest size fan(s) that cover the most radiator surface without overhanging.


Q: Will the thermostats you sell fit on my vehicle?

A: The thermostats are also universal and only require that you have an available port in the size you are purchasing.


Q: How do I reverse the direction of the fan I purchased?

A: If you purchased a reversible fan, simply flip the blade over and reverse the wiring (black to power, blue to ground).


Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing for large order quantities?

A: Yes, please contact us directly if you are looking to purchase quantities of 10 or more in a single product.


Q: Do the products you sell include installation instructions?

A: All wiring kits include instructions, standalone fans do not, however they are a simple 2 wire setup.


Q: Do I need a relay wiring kit to go with the fans I purchase?

A: You must use a relay, circuit breaker and/or inline fuse to protect your electrical system and the fan motor.


Q: I don't see the product I'm looking for in your store, is it possible you have it?

A: While you're more than welcome to ask, generally if you don't see it listed, we do not have it to sell.


Q: Do your products carry any sort of warranty?

A: Yes, all of our products have a 90 day guaranteed warranty to cover any manufacturing defects or unexpected damage during shipment.


Q: Can I return my order if it has not yet been installed?

A: Yes, uninstalled items can be returned for a refund within 90 days of your original purchase and there is NO restocking fee. Exchanges are treated as separate transactions, so please purchase the correct item before or after you receive your refund.
