How long does it take for order delivery?

Orders typically ship within 1 business day or same business day if ordered before 12pm MST. Delivery to most U.S. and Canadian locations is 3-4 business days.

Where is the order I placed?

Shipping confirmation emails with a tracking number are emailed when shipping labels are printed. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. Please allow 24hrs for tracking scans to begin showing online depending on the carrier.

Does American Volt ship orders to my country?

We ship to most countries and cover any local duties and taxes. If you are outside the U.S., please use the calculator at checkout to get an international shipping rate estimate. 

Can I call to place my order over the phone?

Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards over the phone. All transactions are handled securely through our website. This allows us to focus limited resources on quick order fulfillment.

What carriers do you ship orders with?

We ship with USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on the size, weight and destination of the order.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

FedEx 2-Day shipping is offered on U.S. orders if the service is available to your zip code. Orders must be placed before 2pm MST to ship the same business day. Please note: Saturday delivery is not available to all U.S. zip codes.

Why does my tracking number say not found or invalid online?

Tracking scans often take up to 24-48 hours before they begin to appear online. Tracking numbers are emailed at the moment the shipping label is printed, before the carrier has picked up the package.

Will the parts you sell fit my specific vehicle?

We sell universal products that are not application specific, but do require mechanical knowledge to determine appropriate sizing. Consulting with a professional for fitment and installation is highly recommended.

Do the parts you sell include installation instructions?

All wiring kits include instructions with diagrams. Standalone fans, thermostats and fluid coolers do not. Professional installation is recommended for all products.

Can I return my order if it has not yet been installed?

Uninstalled items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. To submit a return, sign into your account or create one with the same email address used on the order.
